The reason that your body burns fat is due to the production of keytones. These fuel your body when there is not enough glucose to fuel your body.

Why Keto?

Simple, we are just not fans of making a salad into a meal. We were born and raised in the breadbasket of America, Kansas and Nebraska. Meals were full of MEAT, potatos and other fixins. We used real butter, no margerine. We also grew up with a love for chocolate and desserts like ice cream. Never fear, we have found lots of low carb, low sugar snacks and treats that are absolutely delicious and allow you to get your Keto Gains!
